We didn't get the result we wanted in the game, but with the exception of one inning, we played one of our best games of the year. We hung right in there with a very good team.
Kudos to:
- Carolyn, game ball, a three run home run, on a shot that was ripped down the third base line.
- Caroline, game ball, pitched an excellent complete game, her best outing of the year.
- Lisa, had three hits.
- The Team, who, except for one inning, played their best game of the year.
We, the coaches, are very proud of the team effort in this game! If we're going to lose our last game, it's better that we lost playing one of our best games.
